To optimise tractive performance, quality of soil loosening and productivity LAFORGE has developed the exclusive UNIPASS^® front and rear combination equipped with shear bolt or Non stop safety system.

The know how gathered with UNIPASS^® has been successfully applied to the FLEXIPASS rear version to fulfil various customers requirements.

UNIPASS® is a top soiler declined in front / rear combination. With this distribution front / rear, UNIPASS® is the only system allowing: - Optimised tractor dynamic weight distribution - Combination of heavy equipment while retaining great inter tines clearance - Installation of disc coulters to cut cleanly through residues while keeping the rear end unit close to the tractor - Easy folding to 3m width to simplify road travel What result in the fields? • All working width is evenly shattered • Tractor’s wheels are eliminated • Large inter shanks clearance: no plugging A unique know-how and an appropriate design: • Front shanks swivel on lubricated bushings to allow easy steering. • Front frame foldable to 3m width and rear frame narrower than 3m: ease of road travel. • Large front gauge wheels ensure perfect depth control. • Rear frame equipped with 2 shanks behind tractor's wheels: retains tractive capacity. Working principle:

FLEXIPASS is a top soiler designed to be rear attached to the tractor. There are two models: single bar and twin bar. Single bar FLEXIPASS This version allows use in combination with other rear implements. Single bar frame 150 mm with opening to accomodate PTO shaft for powered implements. Sizes: 3m (4 shanks) / 4m (6 shanks) Twin bar FLEXIPASS This version is designed to offer increased clerance between shanks to cope with high levels of crop residue. Sizes: 3m (5 shanks) / 4m (7 shanks) Multi purpose frame designed to either receive: - A rear 3 point hitch which folds when lifted to reduce tractor hitch lift capacity requirement. - A rear 3 point hitch with geometry similar to a tractor hitch to ensure stability with high draft implements. - Tow hitch for trailed implement

Standard features ensures reliable performance:

• The 12 mm steel moldboard and the reinforcing profile across the lower part delivers a blade with exceptional resistence against pushing load, even with high horsepower tractors.
• The right / left angle adjustment up to 29 (with 1 or 2 cylinders depending on the blade width) allows ease and accurate control of material flow.
• The compact design reduces overhang and results in great clearance in "up" position.
• Parking stands ensure the stability of the blade when unhooked and ease hook-up.
• The replaceable cutting edge is made from high tensile steel. It mounts flush with the surface of the moldboard for a cleaner material flow.

An exclusive design:

Our customers have asked for silage blades with maximum vertical clearance and minimal overhang. To meet this demand we now introduce the exclusive two-stage silage blade.
This unique design enables an unequalled approach angle which ensures the most efficient operation in the silage pit.
Moldboard specifications are identical to the angle blades. The two-stage mechanism is operated by one double-acting hydraulic cylinder.
